I literally put this on everything. Garlic oil is great to use to sauté vegetables, spread the soft, golden brown cloves on toast, used to top grilled fish or steak and it’s the perfect addition to your pasta sauces. Once you make a big batch you’ll find yourself really putting it on everything. It’s addicting, easy and so delicious.

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 35 minutes
Yields: 2 cups garlic oil


6 oz Christopher Ranch Organic Peeled Garlic Cloves 
2 cups extra virgin olive oil 


  1. Cut the root ends off the garlic cloves.
  2. Place garlic cloves in a small pot.
  3. Cover the garlic cloves with extra virgin olive oil. Make sure the garlic cloves are completely submerged.
  4. Turn the heat on to low and allow the oil to come up to a gentle simmer.
  5. Cook the garlic cloves for 25-35 minutes or until the garlic cloves are soft and golden brown and the oil is perfumed.. 
  6. Allow the garlic cloves and oil to cool completely before storing it in a glass jar or plastic container.
